Pros
It's great to work for a company that really makes a difference for the clients we serve. In addition to that, the two aspects of SmithBucklin I appreciate most are the work environment and the transparent communication. The work environment has provided me with lots of opportunities to learn, improve and grow, both personally and professionally. The transparent communication provides employees (who are also the owners of the company) with lots of updates regarding what the company is doing and why, and lots of opportunities to ask questions in either a private or public manner.
Cons
It's not a secret that this is a fast-paced company, especially for the employees who work directly with client events. During the busy times of year, a lot can be asked of our teams, and while some people thrive in this type of atmosphere, it's completely understandable that's it is not for everyone.
