      Trusted to work independently, given creative license over allocated projects

      Cons

      Not collaborative. Department are siloed. Management failed to make me feel valued- They says they value workers but do not show it by compensating them fairly, nor by creating growth opportunities.

      Great mission. Strong benefits including health insurance and 403b contribution. Many people stick around for 5, 10, 15+ years.

      Things are sometimes slow due to bureaucracy.
