Good values, everyone has everyone's back, never dull.

Cons

All the usual with IT. Sometimes emergency happen that you may be on call for.

We do what we can to prepare and prevent and always work to make sure hours spent after normal working hours are treating more than fairly. Thank you for your advice to keep focusing on our core values. We do hold them as our guideposts for how we choose to do business.

Micromanagement is RAMPANT. Turnover is astronomically high. Both owners have their heads in the clouds while wearing their rose colored glasses. Unless you are homeless or about to be, I wouldn't waste your time applying or working here.
