*** I have worked in organizations where the ideology is best described by the phrase "knowledge is power." Where coworkers aren't willing to share information due to fear of Job positions and entitlement. THIS IS THE EXACT OPPOSITE.***

-Inability to keep workforce contingencies/ workload gets heavy if staff leaves.
-Clients can be entitled and at times very needy.
-Work Chairs need replacing
-Workstation equipment could use some upgrades
-Knowledge base(Instructions) could use a bit more attention
-New employee training needs updating
