For anyone who is not in an IT position the pay isn't great or competitive. The owner/COO needs to be a little nicer to people when he gets stressed; I've seen him yell, berate, and belittle people when it's not necessary. Overall however, he's a pretty cool person and helps anyone when they need it. Employees shouldn't be expected to move their own things when changing locations, nor should they be expected to work all day and then stay all night to work on special projects (i.e. holiday gifts, cleaning, etc). I understand that it's a small company but not everyone wants to be there 24/7. It can be fun to hang out after hours but it shouldn't be expected.
