Company will fight tooth and nail for clients. Always putting in the effort for relationships and community. Has great tools and implementation of technology that most places wish they had.

Cons

There aren't different shifts like day, swing, grave etc.

Micromanagement is RAMPANT. Turnover is astronomically high. Both owners have their heads in the clouds while wearing their rose colored glasses. Unless you are homeless or about to be, I wouldn't waste your time applying or working here.
