Pros
If you somehow make it to the management "old boy's club" by being part of management, good for you. You're in like Flynn.
Cons
Lots of holier than thou attitudes and plenty of snark. Management keeps talking about "roadmaps" yet never actually implements them successfully or on time. HP is lopping heads off, so good luck if you've just jumped on...everyone is expendable unless you're on top of the pecking order.
