Cons
I joined with high hopes, but quickly saw that optics mattered far more than actual impact. Collaboration was undermined by blame culture and scapegoating when things went wrong. Leadership focuses on looking good upward rather than building trust or supporting their teams. Feedback loops are inconsistent, expectations shift weekly, and performance reviews feel political. Talented people leave, burn out, or fired in a few weeks. Really strong people just leave. Proceed with caution — this is not a psychologically safe environment.
