      A ton of people to learn from- great team, founders involved. Hard problems- plenty of new stuff to build.

      Covid WFH is a bit harder.

      The latest and greatest tech resources for engineers Lots of potential for growth

      Cons

      Pay is good, benefits are lacking. Like no 401k match, medical insurance is not included (they take out of your paycheck) Very cutthroat and high expectations from engineers
