Great straightfoward culture; everyone leaning in to make the company great. Amazing product, strong leadership, great vision and strategy to ensure long term success.
Cons
Snowflake is moving very fast so you have to work hard to ensure that you don't burn yourself out as there is way more work and demands that can be covered by the folks working here. Company is supportive of folks drawing boundaries, but it is something that needs constant maintenance.
