      Pros

      I was fortunate to get many opportunities technical and non-technical, loved working at Snowflake as a Data Engineer. There were many interesting and challenging projects on-going. My manager, director and the entire team was very helpful.

      The latest and greatest tech resources for engineers Lots of potential for growth

      Cons

      Pay is good, benefits are lacking. Like no 401k match, medical insurance is not included (they take out of your paycheck) Very cutthroat and high expectations from engineers
