Cons
1. No career support. (Trainings or certifications) 2. Minimal learning resources for non-data domains (e.g. information security) 3. Split shift (you're required to come in the first half of the day for a few hours, and you get rest in the afternoon, and are required to work in the evening, work life balance is a challenge and prepare yourself to sacrifice life for the company) 4. 1:1 meetings are not productive and the feedback process is not mature. 5. Micro management. 6. Less automation, more manual tasks.
