Ownership Untrustworthy and Corrupt Estimating Leadership Multiple Instances Where I Was Told to Do Something I Wasn't Comfortable Doing Unfair Practices with Subcontractors Not Well Viewed by the Local Industry (Other GCs and Many Subs)
