The people are definitely the best. Committed. Caring. Hard-working. It's like family. And the culture of the company is focused on the people too. Unlike our competitor, SoCalGas does not have routine lay-offs. We invest in the community we serve. Our employees are engaged and show up at volunteer opportunities to help give back.
