They ultimately fail at being excellent or even at being "C+ good". There is a corporate culture of entitlement: watch your back; mommy I'll get the belt &/or it's my turn and who cares if I am not the best. There is intense finger pointing. Key point of note: if one is good at what one does -watch out you will feel the envy of others and you will be thrown under the bus -the prior mentioned is spoken of openly through out entire the company.
