Pros
I have worked here for 20 years. They pay exceptionally well and the benefits Union are like none other. The job is detailed orientated and they require you to be on time for everything. Tardiness is the number one thing I have seen folks get terminated over. They fully train you and they only hire within. So it's very easy to move onto different positions quiet quickly.
Cons
Very corporate environment. The management here are one day your co worker and next day your supervisor. They like the micro management approach. They do not promote ideas and creativity what so ever.
