With a pathetic work culture, I cannot recommend this company to anyone I know. Few teams just enjoy and work in their own timings, while the others are dumped with work and keep slogging. Fresher's are SLAVES, with a bond of 3 lakhs for 3 years - don't be fooled and trapped. Join after careful analysis only. There is no meaning to team work. Only people who are in need of a job should join this company. No benefits, HR and management is the same for vedaiit, Invecas and soctronics. Beware before you step into this dragon.
