Salary. On the front lines, especially in lending there is a wealth of areas to be skilled in and the pay does not represent that. At any given time a member can contact an agent for service regarding loans (personal or student loans)- that each have different products within themselves, at work benefits, and a few other queues.
I feel there is a general understanding of what the role entails, and if leadership was to experience the role 1st had they would agree. I must say that the benefits definitely creates space to feel compensated. (Some days more than other TBH)
