Pros
Amazing talent. Amazing people. Great employment perks. Noble product. My direct managers were great people and great at their jobs. Didn't have to work past 6 on the regular.
Cons
The entire company is lacking any sort of cohesion or stability. Management still wants to maintain a "startup spirit" and remain "agile", which translates to "we're going to run around like a chicken with its head cut off." People are on completely different pages about almost everything, and there doesn't seem to be one singular vision guiding the company. Instead, everyone involved in upper management has a slightly different idea of what they want SoFi to be, which is bad news. Also the CEO is domineering, obnoxious, and a fervent Trump supporter. Gross.
