      -Strong emphasis on culture, mission, and values. Leadership practices what they preach. -Employees are valued, recognized, and trusted to do their jobs. -Product goals are ambitious but create an exciting challenge to tackle.

      Cons

      Currently, there's no 401(k) match.

      Great CEO, good growth opportunities and interesting work. Have worked at a lot of finance/fintechs, SoFi is the best by a long shot.
