Pros

They actually care. They care about your growth, your health, your family and your wellbeing. Amazing benefits, most managers are the best I have ever seen. Tons of opportunity for advancement. If you work hard you will get recognized. SoFi has not only helped me grow my career but my personal achievement as well. I love our values and our teams. I could go on for days about the benefits but the culture and caring this company shows is what has impacted my life the most. I think I may have the best manager in the world.. Thank you so much <3

Cons

The occurrence program is a bit worrisome during the pandemic. We get generous sick time but I do get worried it may not be flexible enough if something happens right now.
