SoFi Response
4yThank you for the 4+ years you have dedicated to working at SoFi. While we're so happy you have enjoyed some of the benefits we offer our employees, we're disheartened to hear your comments around management, flexibility, and burnout. Our Learning & Development team is currently overhauling our manager trainings, and we have set an ambitious goal to increase URG representation in management from 37.5% to 50% by 2023. While we have made great strides in this area, we know there is still work to be done and we have a comprehensive strategy in place to help us meet and exceed this goal.
We believe the rate at which SoFi is growing is helping set us up for long-term success, and in turn is creating myriad opportunities for our employees to learn and grow. That being said, we acknowledge that this rapid growth comes with what feels like constant change and we are conscious of the affect that has on our employees and managers. If you haven't done so already, we highly encourage you to visit the Benefits Mall (via Workday) and explore some of the support resources we have for employees around mental health and burnout. The continued WFH environment and ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is causing a lot of stress for many working professionals, and your health is of the utmost importance! If you would like to share additional feedback, you can reach out to me directly, or email us at glassdoor@sofi.org. Thank you again for your thoughtful review.
