4yFirst and foremost, thank you for the 4+ years you dedicated to working at SoFi. We are so grateful for your help in transforming how people think about and interact with personal finance. We are pleased to hear you had a positive experience at SoFi and enjoyed some of our employees' benefits. That said, your feedback about management is concerning, and we're sorry that this was your experience. We hope you voiced this concern to our HR team while you worked here. You may have left before we re-launched our manager onboarding program, which includes tools and trainings to enable our people-managers with the support they need to lead and inspire their teams. Plus, later this year we will launch a new 6-month training program for new managers and newly promoted managers. Thank you for giving us feedback that will help us improve the employee experience.
