Pros

The benefits is very good. Monthly commission.

Cons

They hire anyone with 0-no experience. Training is always incorrect and is run by an agent who knows nothing about collecting. Management is not knowledgeable at all and this department is being run by agents with so much experience and they are not being acknowledged. Favoritism Agents are rewarded for being dishonest over following guidelines.

Great company to work with good ambitions and resources to make things happen. Incredibly talented people on the company. Also AI forward.

Cons

Some unnecessary bureaucracy at times to get things done but improving everyday with the help of AI
