Our benefits team is always looking for ways we can expand our benefits to meet the evolving needs of our employees and their dependents - not take them away. If you're referring to our lunch card benefit, we adjusted affected employees' salaries to make up for the discontinuation of that benefit. Additionally, we frequently review employee compensation to ensure it is fair and competitive based on external market data and individual performance.
