2yFirst off - thank you for the 2+ years you have dedicated thus far to working at SoFi, and for all you did to help support our members. We appreciate the candid feedback - your experience is not indicative of the environment we are working hard to create. We know the current housing market is making your job even more difficult, but let us assure you - leadership is aware of these challenges and are doing everything in their power to improve. For example, they have hosted regular round table discussions with the team to understand concerns, and have acted on plans to address them. We thank you so much for your commitment to our mission.
