Pros

- Good, competitive pay - Great benefits - Work from home and continual learning stipends - Loved my own team and VP

Cons

- Leadership is toxic and abusive and went out of their way to kill any Diversity & Inclusion initiatives to the extent of removing the D&I page from the website. The company refused to participate in Pride or any other “heritage months.” Any content around trans rights or trans visibility was complained about. - The attitude sent down from Leadership is very “shut up and work.” Any public non-work-related communication channels are heavily monitored. They rolled out Slack and then specifically removed any social channels, killing any avenues to socialize and network cross-functionally. - At the beginning of the pandemic, the company had occasional virtual events to keep culture alive but current leadership removed any reoccurring events. - The CEO and leadership are a toxic antiquated Boys’ Club. - If you’re not a cis white man, avoid this company. They do not care about or want to even acknowledge diversity.

Pros

One of the highest-performing companies I've ever worked for. There is a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and winning, with teams genuinely supporting one another to achieve shared goals. The company provides tremendous opportunities for both personal and professional growth, and you're surrounded by talented people who challenge you to continuously improve and succeed.

Cons

The same qualities that make this a great place to work may not be for everyone. Success here requires a high degree of ownership, initiative, and self-motivation. This is not an environment for passive contributors; you are expected to lead, solve problems, drive outcomes, and proactively navigate obstacles. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and there is a constant sense of urgency around execution and winning. While you have the resources and support of a larger organization, you're expected to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and run your area of responsibility like it's your own business.
