Pros

They employ you quickly, and if you are in need of a job, this is the best place to go. They pay you what you work and if you are responsible they will be flexible if you tell them with time when you need time off.

Cons

This is a minimum wage position. If you can make a living with this, it will work for you if you have little experience, are willing to learn, and would like a job without going to school. But the payment will be low unless you are in management roles.

Pros

The work experience and professional networking.

Cons

The operations manager, assistant general manager, general manager, catering managers are some of the most abusive people I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. How they haven’t been sued for workplace harassment or for creating a hostile work environment is surprising.
