      Pros

      It's ok for entry level dietitians, but not advanced. The only other pro I can think of is they pay your RD licensure & certification.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Horrible communication. They do not listen to employees. They over work & under pay salary employees. They only care about quantity over quality patient care. The benefits are horrible!

      Good ethics, cafeteria and good place to work in general. I would recommand you also have lots of benefits to work there

      -Great PTO Benefits - Opportunities for learning/ mentorship - Consistent Schedule

      Cons

      - Competitive or challenging to transfer or move up to another career in the company - very strict attendance policies - The company has been downsizing and laying off - Many changes in the last two years with staffing, system changes - Lack of transparency
