Pros
Sodexo has a great culture of learning and progress. They promote from within and are always offering stretch assignments to help employees develop skills. Excellent work life balance, very family first atmosphere
Cons
The pay is on the low side, especially for such a large corporation. Promotion increases are capped, so a promoted employee usually gets less than anot applicant off the street.
