      Pros

      This company does a great job of hiring from within. I have personally advanced and I have watched peers advance.

      Cons

      When you are being promoted within the company, there is a percentage wage cap per level of advancement. This means a stranger off the street could potentially make more than you do, even though they hadn't worked with the company before.
