Pros
Got a job with lots of work to do. The job has benefits available, which is more that a lot of places. Some folks are able to get transferred, you can move around to different parts of the country, it your circumstances allow.
Cons
Typical food service job, lots of turnover, management play's favorites, issues with office politics and internal conflicts that are not addressed but ignored. Some employees have rotating relationships with each other and students which are also ignored. Since this is a service at a college about 25% of the time is without work or pay.
