      Pros

      Other opportunities with in company. The specific unit that you are located at can make a large impact of your experience of working for Sodexo

      Cons

      Some upper management do not have a clue what goes on at unit levels, Frequent shift in directions.Often talent selection team does not give opportunities for qualified applicants to interview before selecting others. I think decisions are made in advance of posting of open positions

      Licensure fee reimbursement, CEU allowance, hired prior to RD credential with exam fee reimbursement, breakfast and lunch vouchers
