      I bled for this company......

      Cons

      Contract ended by client due to financial concerns. Client was very happy with management but not with Sodexo. Laid off after 24 years of service. No assistance from HR, no severance, not a phone call or e-mail from DM or VP from Mid-Atlantic Region.....after 24 years!!!

      Good ethics, cafeteria and good place to work in general. I would recommand you also have lots of benefits to work there

      - Competitive or challenging to transfer or move up to another career in the company - very strict attendance policies - The company has been downsizing and laying off - Many changes in the last two years with staffing, system changes - Lack of transparency
