Pros

Good for people just starting out, separate sick leave from PTO

Cons

Typically work over 40 hrs a week on salary, lots of projects required by sodexo, get pulled into the kitchen to help, low raises (2% annual is the cap), inexperienced management, typically asked to do more with less due to low balled contracts

Pros

The work experience and professional networking.

Cons

The operations manager, assistant general manager, general manager, catering managers are some of the most abusive people I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. How they haven’t been sued for workplace harassment or for creating a hostile work environment is surprising.
