Cons
Management culture, here, is difficult. Because the vast majority of the workforce, particularly the management, have never known anything else, I rarely feel part of the "team".

In regards to your struggle with the culture, it sounds like you have the ability to nurture and connect with others, so I encourage you to use those interpersonal skills and get to know the teams' perspectives while also sharing yours, as someone who has differing experiences.

The operations manager, assistant general manager, general manager, catering managers are some of the most abusive people I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. How they haven’t been sued for workplace harassment or for creating a hostile work environment is surprising.
