Pros
They believe everyone you work with is like family. They come together in hard times, they believe everyone deserves a job. They appreciate the hard work. And holiday functions are something I was never into, however they are just normal people outside of work. They laugh have fun and most of all we all came together to enjoy time together outside of the job and created bonds that are for a lifetime. They believe in treating everyone the same from dishwasher to executive chef equally.
Cons
The only draw back I see is management needs to trust their leads more. Stand behind their judgement good or bad. The building of morale during stressful events is needed more. I know first hand what it’s like to see all your hard work and your best ability go to the side due to poor planning. The need for food input from the leads and the people who make the food should be implemented . When all the managers make all the food decisions, people notice and stop visiting your establishment .
