Terrible conditions-Awful management - Line Cook Sodexo Employee Review

Sodexo poorly manages their DoD contract. They treat the hard working staff like slaves who need a taskmaster over them watching their every move. Job is very hard on the body. And Mgmt don’t provide simple things that could help the workers. So when they call out because of pain in body they get penalized. Pay is minimum wage. And no bonus. No promotions. No way up the chain out of this dead end job. Mgmt needs to experience what staff goes through day-to-day. For real changes C-suite execs should make this an episode of Undercover Boss and see how bad this is.
