Pros
I really haven't seen any good reason to work here. I was told several different things about my start date, position, orientation, schedule, that were constantly changed. I saw this as a red flag to working there. Unfortunately my concerns proved to be correct. Working for this company is like driving in the fog with your headlights off.
Cons
Hired as a cook in pineville, NC. It was a new account. We were given a prep list. Most of the food was not there. 4 hours to prepare 25 salads. Why didn't they go to the food warehouse and pick their stuff in advance. I have been in the field many years, I never seen such dis functional management. Thank God they don't run an airline.
