Wow, the fact that you have worked for multiple startups and have such nice things to say about Sofar means a lot. Connecting the world's oceans is really important to us, but also being a company that builds really cool technology helps make things all that more enjoyable. When it comes to recruiting and hiring, we know that we move slow sometimes, but this is intentional. It's important that we bring on the right people (like you) and aren't overextending ourselves as many startups can do. By being intentional about each and every hire, we feel that we are building a strong foundation and culture that will allow us to be successful for decades.
