Strong ocean-first mission, interesting engineering challenges on all parts of the stack (hardware, data engineering, optimization algorithms, modern UI/UX on the frontend, etc), great people on the team, no bureaucracy or politics to get in your way, and really cool product challenges (helping sea captains sail safely across the world's oceans while burning less fuel and producing fewer emissions? where else do you get to do that?)
Cons
It's still a small startup, so some of the "big company" perks and features aren't in place yet. If you aren't comfortable being scrappy and wearing many hats or you need a ton of structure and process to thrive, this might not be the right place for you.

It means a lot that after 2 years you are still so excited about the company and mission!
We are definitely working towards more perks and hopefully the free lunches, snack shelves, and office space right on the water help. As for the bureaucracy, there's definitely not much room nor time for that. Climate change is an evolving challenge and we want to be nimble to address each change along the way. Glad you like that!
