Pros
- Genuine people who care about what they're doing and each other - Lots of opportunities to stretch yourself, there's no shortage of things to do - Managers/leaders are busy but accessible, no blockers on talking to anyone in the company - Flexible work set up, managers are trusting of the team
Cons
- hybrid work sometimes makes it hard to see what's happening behind the scenes (can also be a pro though because there's flexibility on how work gets done as long as it's getting done well) - hiring, not easy to add headcount to the team - can feel a bit reactive vs. proactive at times, especially on building features - no 401k matching
