Sofbang is a multinational, multi cultural, dynamic company on the growth trajectory. It is growing on all facets of revenue, customers, partners, projects and Employees. Growth potential has stimulated to reach my own career goals and fulfill my future ambitions. The opportunity of self learning and contributing to the firm and its end customers are tremendous. HR is working on many initiatives to recognize and reward deserving people, mentor mentee programmes, creating unbiased equal opportunities, training and development programmes, team building excursions and an environment to reach one's full potential. To meet the customer expectations and fulfill resource requirements an additional corporate space has been leased in NOIDA with all modern amenities and infrastructure including lift, power back up, closeness to metro, 24X7 operation, unlimited tea coffee water, bunk beds, cafeteria etc. We are a family and everyone is respected for their work and efforts, there are employees who are satisfactorily working for more than 10 to 15 years, I will say that sky is the limit for the deserving.
Cons
Speed of growth is fast and quicker turn around are expected to meet customer SLAs/ deliverables. Agile development practices are adopted to ensure better customer satisfaction. Hence hard work is expected just as in other firms. (and definitely not a con)
