No supervision, high base salary, guaranteed OT, 401k is excellent, paid vacation time

Cons

Management is lacking, very little direction or growth of team members, minimal training, performance reviews are not happening, Needs to focus on retaining productive employees. Hot in summer/No AC, loud dirty work conditions.

Friendly, positive environment with everyone more than willing to help when someone has questions. Rotating 12’s schedule so 14-16 days off each month.

Cons

Sitting around when machines are down can become long drawn out shifts occasionally.
