Maintenance Supervisor - Anonymous employee Sofidel Employee Review

Management, especially the "Italians", are horrible. There is no budget. The benefits, vacation, are non-existent. They only focus on what happened today by way of knee jerk reactions. They do not allow you to focus on long term planning because they, upper management, only wants to fix the daily issue(s). Middle management is lazy and likes to point fingers at those below or new to avoid any repercussions.
