Execs and Corporate Office have no clue - Product Manager Sofidel Employee Review

First rots at the head - that's the best way to describe this place. The head office has not idea how to run production and the ignorant decisions flow downhill to the people that actually produce the the product that make the money. But when those decisions are bad, the people they need to support most get all the blame and more. Avoid this place at all costs.
