It's a job, but not a good one.

Cons

High turnover, lack of trust, broken promises and a general lack of compassion. They will churn and burn you and replace you without a thought.

Friendly, positive environment with everyone more than willing to help when someone has questions. Rotating 12’s schedule so 14-16 days off each month.

Cons

Sitting around when machines are down can become long drawn out shifts occasionally.
