Pros
Softchoice’s onboarding program is well organized, helpful and packed with useful information. Amanda is an amazing teacher. She is patient and able to relate to each employee on their own level. The quality of education was a wonderful start to this new role and has set me up for success here at Softchoice as well as in the IT world.
Cons
Almost too many people to ask when you need an answer to a question - time consuming to find the right person.
