Thank you for sharing all your positive feedback; the only thing you forgot to mention was our pop-up barbeques (a personal favorite)! We are grateful to have YOU as one of the great people here at SofterWare, thank you! We encourage you to continue to explore and share your creative ideas with us. In an effort to enhance our decision making, we had a lunch and learn on how to use the RACI model, a responsibility assignment matrix useful in clarifying roles and responsibilities in cross-functional/departmental projects and processes. Using this model, we identify who owns the decision resulting in a quicker aligned decision. Hopefully, you’re beginning to see the results of these efforts.
