When we ask our clients what they like best about us, your team is consistently ranked as the number one reason. You make our nonprofit clients successful in achieving their missions and that is so rewarding. Many members of our Customer Care team have been helping our clients for years, as you have, and this tenure is invaluable. As you noted, we strive to reward top performers with promotions and increases in salary. Whether you're looking to stay in your role and earn more, are looking to be promoted to higher levels within Customer Care, or want to pursue other roles within the company, our managers help plan those career paths to match your goals with the company’s needs. Many Customer Care professionals such as yourself have chosen a rewarding career supporting our clients, and others have gone on to other roles, such as sales, training, marketing, client onboarding, development, and executive leadership.
We appreciate your feedback about employee onboarding remotely. Going from full-time in the office to full-time remote work due to COVID was obviously not something we expected, and it did take us time to gain experience. But our Human Resources team, working with hiring managers throughout the company, worked diligently to build an effective process. Further, we get feedback from every new staff member about their experience, and adjust accordingly on a continuous basis. We’ve come a long way, and our recent hires have let us know that with great marks, and we plan to continue evolving the onboarding process as we learn more.
